Integral Rheumatology came highly recommended and I can see why after my first visit. I left knowing that Dr. Valenzuela was going to get to the bottom of my symptoms and help me manage my arthritis, no matter what kind I have. I am glad I was warned about the wait, and there is one. But with the shortage of rheumatologist in Broward, I will wait for the quality of care I received.

I have been going to IRIS for 4 years now. My Doctor is Dr. Guillermo Valenzuela. He is an amazing doctor. He diagnosed me with Rheumatoid Disease anc Lupus within months of me walking into my first appointment. The front office staff are very pleasant and nice. Same with all of the Medical Assistants. Since I have to do Infusions once a month, I have an awesome Nurse, Hazel. She's the best. I like the fact that the office isn't noisy. It's organized, and clean. It's always a pleasure to visit Dr. Valenzuela.

My experience was like any other doctors office. Waited about 20 min to be called back. Another 20 to see doctor. However, unlike other doctor visits, Dr. Santiago was not rushed. She treated me like I was the only patient in the office. Listened to me, understood me, and explained things to me l have never been told in my 15 years of PSA and Psoriasis. X-rays we're taken same day with little wait time. X-ray tech was so sweet and informative. I cannot express the sigh of relief I have after this appointment today. Don't be discouraged if they can't get you in asap. Most doctors that are excellent, don't have openings tomorrow.
